BOPP brown tape is a type of self-adhesive packaging tape made from:

• Pressure-sensitive adhesive (usually water-based acrylic) — applied to one side so it sticks when pressed

📦 How BOPP Brown Tape Is Made

1. Film Preparation
BOPP film is produced by orienting polypropylene in two directions to make it strong and stable.

2. Dyeing
The film is colored brown during production for a uniform look.

3. Adhesive Coating
Pressure-sensitive adhesive (often water-based acrylic) is applied evenly to one side.

4. Drying & Curing
The adhesive is dried so it sticks properly when applied.

5. Slitting & Rewinding
Large jumbo rolls are slit into specific widths (like 48 mm) and rewound into retail rolls (50 m, 65 m, 100 m, etc.).
